"Greetings! I am Charles O'Reilly, I am the inaugural chairman of the penpal program. I have been a heathen for over 10 years, and I've been previously worked with TAC as the lead ambassador for Canada and as a Military Ambassador. I'm really excited to spearhead this project and help connect heathens all over the world. When I deployed overseas the best thing about my week was receiving letters from home. I want to bring that kind of happiness to more people and hopefully help people touch each other's lives."
